Our service model

One Platform. Multiple Professional Capabilities.

IABP coordinates assignments through its internal team, implementing partners and specialized consultants. This flexible model enables clients to access multidisciplinary expertise without the cost and complexity of maintaining a large permanent professional team.

The IABP service delivery model IABP sits at the centre and coordinates three service lines — NGO-MFI Services, Corporate Services and Remote Services. All three draw on a shared professional network, which in turn is supported by local and international partners. IABP Coordination & quality review NGO-MFI SERVICES CORPORATE SERVICES REMOTE SERVICES PROFESSIONAL NETWORK Consultants, professional firms, specialists LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS Engaged where local authorization is required
Assignments are scoped and quality-reviewed by IABP, executed by the service line that owns the work, and resourced from the professional network. Where a jurisdiction requires local authorization, an appropriately qualified partner performs or supports the regulated element.

Forecast & insight

The numbers your board actually asks for

A virtual CFO engagement is not bookkeeping with a nicer cover. It is a monthly cycle that ends in a forecast someone can act on, a budget variance someone has to explain, and a short set of measures the board agreed to watch. This is the shape of that output.

2.0m 1.5m 1.0m 0.5m FORECAST JanMar MayJul SepNov Dec

What it answers

  • Do we have the cash to cover the next four months?
  • Which month is tightest, and by how much?
  • What happens to the answer if a major receipt slips?

Rebuilt monthly from the ledger, with the shaded range showing the spread between the conservative and the expected collection assumption.

Illustrative example. The figures, categories and trends shown here are invented to demonstrate the format of IABP reporting output. They are not IABP performance data, not client data, and not a forecast of any organization's results.
